Bye Aerospace, Inc. Announces MOU With Scion Aviation, LLC

Bye Aerospace, Inc. and Scion Aviation, LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on several anticipated projects. The MOU calls for Bye Aerospace to provide engineering and design support to Scion through its subsidiary company, Bye Engineering, LLC, and Scion Aviation will act as a provider of aerospace grade composite materials and components.

George Bye, CEO of Bye Aerospace, said Scion Aviation is well-known for its expertise and solid reputation in manufacturing advanced composite parts for the aerospace and aviation industries. "Bye Aerospace is very selective when evaluating collaborative partners to support our engineering business," he said. "In addition, Scion will be able to support the development of our composite aircraft designs, such as our hybrid unmanned aerial vehicle (H-UAV) ‘Silent Sentinel' concept currently under development. Scion Aviation is an obvious choice."
