Established in 2007, Bye Aerospace is a privately held corporation headquartered in the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village, Colo. The company also has offices at the Arizona State University SkySong Innovation Center in Scottsdale, Ariz., and in the Verge Building in Albuquerque, N.M.

The mission of Bye Aerospace is to integrate clean energy solutions with innovative aircraft designs, with the end-goal of transforming aviation. Bye Aerospace has two subsidiary companies, Bye Energy, Inc. and Bye Engineering, LLC.

Bye Energy is developing and integrating technologies to market biomass derived fuels that will supplement traditional petroleum sources for use in general and business aviation aircraft. The company is also developing an electric energy propulsion system for light general aviation aircraft and other aerospace applications.

Bye Engineering provides a complete range of technical services - from simple design consultation to complex engineering analysis - to provide clear, concise and cost-effective support for projects ranging from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to high-performance aerospace vehicles. The company can scale its services to support projects ranging from the development of unique components to complete aircraft assembly. Bye Engineering is currently providing its aviation composites expertise to assist a major aircraft manufacturer.
