Current opportunities include:

CAD Designer

Experience in 3D modeling creating surfaces and solid models. Knowledge of composite materials. Capable of understanding structural stress analysis and providing limited stress analysis. Must be proficient in CATIA v5. Aerospace design experience preferred.

Materials and Processes Engineer

Knowledgeable about various composite materials used in the aerospace industry. Experience developing composite structures repair procedures for different types of structural damage. Experience developing materials specifications and process specifications for composite structures. Understanding of composite structural design. Understanding of composite materials qualification and equivalency testing methods described in CMH-17 (MIL-HDBK-17). Support developing structural test plans and reports. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.

Structural Analyst - Composite Structures

Experience in analyzing anisotropic composite structures in the aerospace industry. Must be able to generate stress reports for static and fatigue analysis. Capable of supporting analysis of composite structural repair. Help develop composite repair methods. Support developing composite structural test plans and reports to validate analysis. Must be knowledgeable in NASTRAN. Capable of providing dispositions and structural repair methods for different types of composite structures damage.
