George Bye - Founder, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Bye has two decades of experience as an aerospace entrepreneur, manager and executive. In early 2007 he founded Bye Aerospace, the parent company of Bye UAS, Inc. and Bye Engineering LLC. Previously, Mr. Bye developed and led Aviation Technology Group and holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating with over 4,000 flying hours in aircraft, including the supersonic Northrop T-38 and the C-141B strategic transport.

Diane Simard - Senior Vice President

Ms. Simard is responsible for managing the company's image among media, investors and business partners. In addition, she manages Bye Aerospace's relationships with government representatives and has a strategic advisory role to the CEO. Ms. Simard is a member of the Bye Aerospace Board of Directors and serves on the Boards of four other Denver-area companies.

Alexandre Couvelaire - Senior Vice President

Alexandre Couvelaire, is a well-known leader in European aviation. In 1962, he founded Euralair, a small charter company at Le Bourget that grew into an FBO, MRO, air-charter and scheduled air carrier operating out of De Gaulle. At Euralair, he pioneered two-crew Boeing 737 operations in France and placed the first order for a Boeing 777. He also formed the first fractional ownership cooperate in France, and in the mid-1980s acquired Mooney Aircraft Corporation.

Dick Ulman - Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Ulman is responsible for establishing the engineering development plan. His career as a senior aerospace engineer includes recent and previous work with Boeing in program management and integrated product teams to ensure a comprehensive, uniform approach to risk-management that integrates all team functional groups, subcontractors, and government entities. He is an Airline Transport rated pilot with type ratings in Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft.

Bruce Gillit - Vice President Engineering

Mr. Gillit's duties include engineering design and respective project planning. He is an experienced engineering manager in program and project management with an expert knowledge of aircraft structures certification with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He specializes in engineering, design, manufacturing, materials and processing of composite aircraft structures.

Mike Franklin - Production Planning and QA Director

Mr. Franklin has 30 years of aerospace composites experience, ranging from primary and secondary aircraft structures to launch systems. His program management experience includes precision bonded structures used in the fabrication of satellites, optical devices and other proprietary programs.

Hugh "Bugs" Forsythe - Senior Vice President

Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. H.H. “Bugs” Forsythe serves as a Senior Fellow at Joint Forces Staff College. He retired from the Air Force in May 2006, where his last military assignment was a command position with Central Air Force Command. Gen. Forsythe graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and has served on active duty, in the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve. His military duties included instructor pilot, flight commander, weapons officer, operations officer, squadron commander and operations group commander. Over his military career he had over 4,500 hours in various military aircraft. In his civilian occupation, he flew for United Airlines for over 29 years. He has flown as a corporate pilot, charter pilot and Learjet test pilot, and has more than 16,000 civilian flight hours.
