Dale J. Egan, Associate General Counsel within Emerson Electric’s mergers and acquisitions law group, has joined the Board of Directors of Bye Aerospace, Inc.

DENVER, Colorado - October 19, 2015 - Dale J. Egan, Associate General Counsel within Emerson Electric's mergers and acquisitions law group, has joined the Board of Directors of Bye Aerospace, Inc.

George Bye, Chairman and CEO of Bye Aerospace, said Egan is an aviation enthusiast whose unique combination of legal and corporate finance experience is an important addition to the Board. "It is an absolute honor to welcome Dale," Bye said. "His expertise in intellectual property law, capital markets and general aviation will be an important complement to our leadership team."

Most recently, Egan was Global General Counsel for American Appraisal, a financial services firm operating in 26 countries. He is a Director and Volunteer Pilot for the Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation where he has presented veteran initiatives at the White House. Egan also co-founded ValorCorps, a company dedicated to placing veterans in civilian technology positions after leaving military service. He has a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from the University of St. Thomas and a law degree from Marquette University, with a concentration in corporate and intellectual property law.
